Meló-Diák, Hungary's largest student job network, has been providing part-time job opportunities to students since 1983.
With more than 40 offices across Hungary and over 35,000 student employees annually, Meló-Diák serves 4,000 clients, making it a leading resource for students seeking employment.
About the Project
To help students gain valuable skills while working part-time, Meló-Diák sought to develop an innovative e-learning platform to complement their work. Konstruktor's product team worked closely with them to create Mentorprogram, a gamified e-learning platform that helps students improve their practical skills while earning points and badges as they complete tasks related to their jobs.
Features of the Platform:
Gamification: Students earn points and badges for completing tasks and improving their skills, creating a fun and engaging learning experience.
Skill Development: The platform offers resources for enhancing practical skills like communication, teamwork, and management, making students more prepared for their careers.
Interactive Learning: Students can engage with interactive content tailored to their job experiences, improving both theoretical and practical knowledge.
Results
The Mentorprogram platform has been a success, helping thousands of students enhance their skills while earning job-related rewards. By gamifying the learning process, Meló-Diák has made skill development both fun and rewarding, leading to increased engagement and better-prepared students for their professional futures.
